Good to know
- All fees are excluding 21% VAT.
- No cure, no pay: the letting fee is only due once the lease is signed and we have received the tenant’s first payment.
- The management fee is calculated on the total monthly rent, including service costs.
- Contractor costs (labour and materials) are charged separately, at cost, with your approval.
- Tenants who rent one of our listed properties do not pay us a commission.
